At E. Greene Esthetics, client satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide exceptional service and personalized skincare treatments in a professional environment.
Cancelation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for cancelations; we will confirm cancelation. Less than 24-hour notice will trigger a 50% charge to your credit card. Please reach out directly if you are ill and need to communicate about your appointment.
Services
Due to the time, expertise, and products used during each appointment, all services are considered final once rendered. We do not offer refunds on completed services.
If you have concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly discuss your concerns and, when appropriate, may offer adjustments or recommendations to help achieve the desired results.
Packages and Prepaid Services
Prepaid service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused services may be redeemed according to the terms of the package purchased.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.
