Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to reserve certain appointments. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled service time to allow for check-in and consultation.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and the time of our service providers. We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

• Clients who fail to show for a scheduled appointment will be charged up to 100% of the service price.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Clients arriving significantly late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation policy.

Service Results

Individual results vary based on skin type, hair type, health conditions, lifestyle factors, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While we strive to provide exceptional results, no guarantees can be made regarding the outcome of any treatment.

Health Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to receiving services. Certain treatments may not be appropriate for individuals with specific medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities.

E. Greene Esthetics reserves the right to decline or modify services when necessary to protect the health and safety of the client.

Minors

Clients under the age of 18 may require the consent and/or presence of a parent or legal guardian before receiving certain services.

Pricing & Payments

Service prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We accept approved payment methods as indicated at checkout.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.

Retail Products

Retail product sales are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details regarding exchanges and returns.
